Tina Mumford-Kehoe | Piano & Vocals
Tina is classically trained in voice and piano, but has performed many styles of music in her career, including Country, Jazz and Pop but has always returned to Christian music. She taught Music in the Nova Scotia Public School System for many years and recently took an early retirement to devote to music both as Music Director for Windsor United Baptist Church and An Evening of Gospel. She has had success with radio and television jingles and was a guest performer on CBC television shows. God has lead her to this amazing time in her career performing with An Evening of Gospel.
Jeff Bezanson | Bass & Vocals
Jeff studied Jazz and has played Country music most of his life. He made his first trip to Nashville as an artist in 1992 and returned in 1997 to record his solo CD. He enjoyed chart success in Europe with that project. He has played in various bands in many parts of the world but has returned to his roots and to having the best musical time in his career with An Evening of Gospel.
An Evening of Gospel is a Trio from the Windsor area of Nova Scotia. They sing a variety of gospel styles from Southern Country to Bluegrass, plus Contemporary, and lots in between, including their own original material. The group has a strong vocal and instrumental sound with rich harmonies. With a very wide variety of musical backgrounds and experience, the trio is influenced by the sounds of groups like “The Isaacs”, “Gaither Vocal Band”, “Gordon Mote”, “The Crabb Family” and “Sandi Patty” to name but a few
Todd Macumber | Guitar & Vocals
Todd has a strong Bluegrass and Country Music background and music has always been a huge part of his life. He comes from a very musical and talented extended family and has toured many parts of the world with some very famous musicians. He has been the member of a bluegrass group for the past 25+ years and performed with a Country band and is very much sought after for his background vocals and acoustic guitar playing. Todd always returns to his Gospel roots which have been a large part of his musical and personal life. He describes playing with An Evening of Gospel as “the best band he has ever had the privilege of performing with. It is an uplifting experience.”
